It's optical for good resolution and precision, three buttons, and has a sturdy USB connector. The track wheel has a good spin and click action. The right and left click also make a nice satisfying sound which we always enjoy. It's small, but not too small, yet big enough to fit your hand comfortably. This pairs well with the Official Raspberry Pi Keyboard that we carry as well.
